What are you spreading?

I believe we can all use a little humor in our lives, so here is today’s does of humor for you! I read an article over the weekend that listed a bunch of silly signs, and one in particular stuck out to me. The sign read, "Don't let anyone ruin your day. You're an adult, do it yourself." Seriously, that resonated with me...lol...just typing that out makes me laugh!                                                             

For me on most days it’s laugh or cry, and I choose to laugh – even if it’s at myself – as often as I can.  Both joy and sadness spread, so I would prefer to spread joy whenever possible.  Maybe some of that joy will find its way back to me?  Maybe it won't, and it will just make someone else smile. Who knows. What I do know, is that my spreading sadness does no good for anyone, especially me, so I make a conscious effort not to.

I hope that you can find humor in your own situation, whatever that may be, and if not, please feel free to laugh at me, because I assure you, I am completely capable of ruining my day on my own, no assistance needed, and odds are there will be some humor to be found there!
